Any organization that hosted an event on the vFairs platform during 2025 is eligible. Virtual, hybrid and in-person events all qualify.
Nothing. Entering the Eventeer Awards is completely free, and you can nominate the same event in multiple categories.
Absolutely. Submit as many events as you'd like, and enter each one into whichever categories fit best.
A round of public voting narrows the field to finalists, then an independent panel of event experts scores each finalist on impact, creativity and execution.
Winners are revealed at the Eventeer Awards ceremony in April 2026, streamed live to the global vFairs community.
