NJSBA’s Virtual Workshop

The largest training event for school officials in New Jersey, this conference provided the necessary coaching and guidance to support districts. The conference pulled in over 8,000 public school officials and exhibitors. Down to the fine detail of animations and branding, attendees and exhibitors felt like they did not miss a beat! The event exterior was beautifully customized to the association’s building. The exhibition hall was brilliantly organized. With a sign that said “You are in virtual Hall A”, attendees could maneuver into halls B, C, D or E with a click of a button. Here they could explore exhibitor booths and learn more through videos and descriptions. What was especially interesting was that this event provided a separate location called “Learning Labs”. Here participants could find 30 minute training opportunities. Event gamification included a leaderboard, scavenger hunt, photo booth and photo gallery.
