thINK Ahead Virtual Event

The Think Ahead Virtual event took place shortly after their in-person event in Boca Raton, FL. The organizers wanted virtual attendees to have a similar visual experience to those that were able to attend in-person. thINK made a beautiful, fully customized replica of both the Boca Raton hotel with a fly-in effect and the hotel lobby. One felt they were truly at the resort. Additionally, there were minor design details throughout the event like palm trees outside the auditorium windows and a true view of the Boca Raton area skyline outside the exhibit hall windows as well. Even the avatars were dressed “resort casual” and were wearing their conference badges. Those small design details were just as effective and important as the major ones in making the virtual audience feel like they were part of the in-person event. Attendees could explore booths in the “Partner Pavilion” or customize their schedules so as not to miss webinars they were interested in the auditorium or Press Demos. They could also engage themselves in a virtual photo booth.
