Virtual Connect

Every space within this event was animated to create a more immersive experience for the attendees. Usually you might just see the exterior and interior lobbies with 3D animations. VMUG animated their auditorium and networking lounge as well to create a more lifelike experience. They also had a photo booth with custom event frames. This made the event experience more dynamic and fun for the attendees. All the pictures were showcased in a photo gallery during the event and people could vote for their favorite ones. Attendees could also share their photos across social media! That’s a lot of user-generated content for the hosts to use to promote their event.
