Catering to sustainable urban city planning, the City Expo Malaysia was a huge success with over 4,500 attendees over the event period. With so many themes to cover, the event was extremely well organized. The hosts manipulated the virtual features to the best of their advantage. All the event features came together such as the easy to navigate interface, gamification elements and chat functions. Participants were able to log into the conference through the mobile app and thus access it through any device. The exhibition hall was customised in a manner that was interactive for attendees yet organized. Attendees could also customize their schedules so as not to miss the sessions that interested them most or network with experts in the industry.
