Harris Health System Employee Resource Group Exhibition

This was a truly interesting event. The Harris Health System created Employee Resource Groups (ERG) that attendees could join. The event made use of chat features by providing attendees the ability to join a group discussion from within booths. Should attendees not want to join a group discussion they could use individual chats by scheduling an audio and video meeting. The event was focused on diversity and inclusion thus enabling employees to discuss and share their views. Booths included LBTQ group, women networks, veteran organizations and many more!
