Beautifully customized, this event replicated the exterior of the Business Center. Once you enter the event, you are brought into the reception area. From here, participants could tune into any of the four exhibition halls provided. What was special about this event was when you clicked the banners, your screen would move towards it before entering that space. For instance you would instantly climb the stairs towards the auditorium in order to view the live webinars or follow the avatar into the hall for the exhibition. If you weren’t tuning into the live sessions, attendees could view various exhibitor booths and learn more about each.
