ITSM2021: The Digital Conference

The itSMF event was a full virtual conference and exhibition experience. There were three tracks of content over two days with an awards ceremony in the auditorium. Videos for the award finalists could be viewed in the awards room. There were live and pre-recorded sessions. As a well branded event, they gave center stage to their main sponsors in the exhibit hall. Here you could learn more about the exhibitor and arrange chat slots. In keeping with their colour theme, the entire event was tastefully done black and teal. The networking tab allowed you to choose whether you would like to chat with other attendees, award finalists, speakers etc. The event was gamified with a photobooth, scavenger hunt and leaderboard.
