Black History Month Virtual Career Fair

The National Urban League Black History Month Virtual Career Fair is part of the League’s Black History Month celebration and is open for their members and diverse candidates from across the nation. This career fair gives employers a chance to target educated and experienced candidates while supporting diversity in their communities. Over 50 companies participated in the career fair by National Urban League. Job seekers could upload their resumes before the event. Employers could search this resume database to find top talent. Attendees could learn from and interact with employers/recruiters, understand their company culture and engage in conversation via live chat tools. Attendees could also explore vacancies via job search or by visiting individual employer booths. It was the perfect platform for both employers and job seekers to make the most out of.
