MLK Career Fair

The MLK Virtual Career Fair was an exciting opportunity for diversity candidates to view and apply for jobs in leading companies. Job seekers could learn about and interact with organizations from within the virtual booths. They could easily chat live with recruiters/employers and even get interviewed on the spot via the live video/audio chat options. A job search tab helped job seekers look for available vacancies while the resume search tab was a blessing for employers to shortlist candidates. They even hosted a Microsoft sponsored workshop which offered training to attendees teaching them valuable skills that will help them in finding jobs. The fair helped companies establish employer brands and attendees find their perfect job. This was in line with PDNs commitment to promoting diversity in delivering opportunities to minority communities.
