SCA Virtual Career Fair

The Student Conservation Association (SCA) brought together a diverse pool of candidates and employers in their 1st Annual Virtual Career Fair. The virtual career fair created opportunities for alumni, members, and partners from across the nation. Candidates visited 28 employer booths, participated in six professional development sessions, and networked with incoming participants. This fair received great engagement from the attendees, who thoroughly enjoyed the carefully curated webinar sessions. Through this, SCA provided professional and networking opportunities, and connections to jobs in the environmental and conservation field. They successfully engaged over 200 participants through their tireless efforts. Right from a vibrant virtual lobby with animated avatars to features such as resume filters and job banks made this a winning virtual experience.
