Veterans Only Virtual Hiring Fair

Boots to Books recognized the disconnect between the skills veterans have and the opportunities they were getting in Cyber and IT. By amassing a group of recruiters who see veteran value, they provided expedited interview opportunities. This they did through a virtual exhibition hall where booths provided company information, special training, swag bags, virtual chat times and chat rooms. The lobby had a display of keynote schedules so attendees could enter the auditorium at the right time on the day of the event. These sessions were available on demand as well.
