Cultivating Your Disability Workforce

National Disability Practitioners’ workforce conference brings together hundreds of disability practitioners from around Australia. The theme of the 2021 workforce conference was ‘Cultivating Your Disability Workforce’. NDP created an exciting, interactive and accessible learning space in which delegates could engage in empowering presentations and facilitate an opportunity to connect, share experiences, collaborate and learn from one another. There were subtitles available for all on demand videos in the auditorium. The lobby was neatly pieced together with a banner of the conference in the center. Attendees could explore the exhibit hall easily, and network in the networking lounge. This event was not overly complex and thus easy to navigate.
