Harris Health System Employee Resource Group Exhibition

Harris Health System launched its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) program last year. The health system was very excited about the focus and commitment to diversity and inclusion. With this launch came the employee resource groups (ERGs). The exhibition provided a great opportunity to come see what the ERGs were about and learn more about DEI. Chairs of the employee resource groups put in a lot of time and effort to set up their virtual booths that would help showcase what their resource groups were about and overall promote DEI and how it ties into the mission of Harris Health System for patients, visitors, employees and partners. Attendees could join a live video from within the booths to engage with other group members. They could also click on a user name for individual chat or to schedule a video meeting. Booths included an LGBTQIA & Allies group, women networks, veteran organizations and many more!
