Snowball Express Annual Event

Ultimately this event’s aim was to honor the service members who have lost their lives during military service, and to bring some joy and remembrance to the families. The Gary Sinise Foundation pulled off a virtual event with nearly 2,000 attendees. The event included state of the art production videos and interactive zoom sessions. This event truly created engagement with their attendees by first sending over 2,000 packages filled with materials to be used during the event to registrations. Giving it a more in person feeling. The event provided a simu-live concert recorded at Disneyland, celebrity appearances, crafts, magic lessons, drawing and cooking lessons provided by Disney. In addition we created a virtual “Flag Garden” with over 2,000 individual flags representing the Heroes. Families were able to submit pictures of their loved ones to be featured at their flag. A social media wall, photobooth and leaderboard provided further engagement.
