Adjunct Faculty Job Fair

Miami Dade College held a job fair to fill student services vacancies across 8 of their campuses. The fair opened into a lifelike 3D virtual lobby with diverse avatars. The exhibition hall contained booths of all 8 campuses. Attendees were able to view all job openings, access department websites, learn about the college, culture and benefits of working for MDC, and search for opportunities. They could then apply to the relevant job via links available in individual booths. It was an immensely successful virtual job fair and an excellent branding tool for the institution.
