Career Fest

You enter the event from the customized exterior of the TMobile center. Upon entering, a brightly ‘TMobile pink’ coloured map is where you begin. Like a map of a board game, you “Start Here” to commence your journey. By following those steps, Tmobile ensures you learn about the company and its teams in a systematic way. In the “Arena” attendees could browse through booths and join various audio and video sessions or chat via Slack integrations. In the “Career Garden” one could “charge up” their careers via various workshops, browse career tips, explore development programs and more! A virtual photo booth was the cherry on top for this virtual experience.
