Business Forum and Expo

PITA organized a forum to connect and educate members and development partner organisations. The event opened into a virtual lobby populated with diverse and animated avatars. The auditorium included sessions and discussions on topics including submarine cables, satellite connectivity, and digital security. The virtual event also celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Pacific Islands Telecommunications Association (PITA). Attendees could visit 21 exhibitor booths to learn more about partner organizations and chat with booth representatives. Attendees could also browse other attendees and connect with each other in themed chat rooms. PITA also delivered value to event sponsors by boosting their visibility in event spaces and by including them on speaker panels.
