Orientation and Clubs Fair

Monash University created an exciting space for their new students to acclimate to their new school by interacting with existing students and academic staff. The exhibit hall provided thorough information such as on student life, exchange programs and graduate development to name a few. Students could browse society, student union, academic departments and student services booths, chat with booth representatives and add documents to a virtual swag bag. The fair included a leaderboard and a scavenger hunt with prizes to instill fun and excitement. Students were even able to take some stress out with a zumba session! This was an event that truly aimed to integrate new students into the university environment.
