Orientation

Keeping both postgraduate and undergraduate students in mind, Sorbonne University provided two halls for each category. The 3D lobby was customized to look like the university’s main reception and lobby. The exhibition hall had a backdrop of campus grounds and the Abu Dhabi skyline. A booth was dedicated to each university department students could browse through and chat with representatives. Students could go on 360 degree virtual tour of the campus, student accomodations and even Abu Dhabi attractions such as the Grand Mosque! These virtual tours were enough to get students excited about their next big step! An interesting feature, students could take their placement tests at the event as well! If not attending a webinar or virtual session, students were engaged with a virtual leaderboard and scavenger hunt. Utilizing as many features as they could, Sorbonne really managed to create a state of the art virtual orientation session!
