TSoM Virtual Internship and Job Fair

The Toronto School of Management held its first virtual internship and job fair in 2021. It was an event that allowed students to connect and interact with employers virtually, build a network, and learn more about the job market. With hundreds of registrations, TSoM students had a great opportunity to network and build valuable contacts, as well as gain a competitive advantage by learning more about participating companies. Numerous employers from various industries were present at the fair. Industry fields included hospitality and tourism, digital marketing, business, big data and cybersecurity. The employers could also build their roster of candidates for internships, part-time and full-time positions. Through the exhibit hall attendees could gather information on the company, relevant job vacancies and links to their websites and social media. Attendees could read job descriptions, schedule audio and video chat times and apply within each booth.
