Southwest Rotary President Elect Training Seminar (PETS)

Southwest Rotary was able to use creative features within the platform to pivot a traditional in-person conference into a virtual experience that provided all the motivation, interactivity, and training incoming presidents of Rotary clubs needed to lead. The exhibition hall looked like a stadium with various booths neatly packed inside. From here participants could explore more about each exhibitor and even chat with them. The auditorium had various sessions that were ogranized as “District Sessions”. A live chat and virtual networking lounge provided further networking opportunities. If participants weren’t browsing booths or attending a session they could keep up with their event scores on the virtual leaderboard in order to win an apple watch or amazon gift cards!
