JA Worldwide Global Leadership Conference 2021

JA events are always amazing. It is a nonprofit dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success. GLC 2021 had been designed with flexibility in mind. This conference had a nice branded event page with a promotional video, a detailed event agenda and FAQs. The exterior and interior lobbies were wonderfully designed and populated with animated avatars. What really pops out is how well they promote inclusivity and diversity through their avatar choice. JA understood that not every workshop, panel, or master class will be relevant to each participant role, and not everyone would be able to attend every event live due to workloads, schedules, and time zones.
Such event designs have helped build a reputation that they value and include broader perspectives and backgrounds. All their students will feel welcome due to the diversity of the avatars.
