National Urban League Virtual Conference

In 2021, the National Urban League hosted its first all-virtual Conference. This was the ultimate civil rights and urban advocacy event focused on eliminating disparities and expanding opportunity. The event was simply amazing at its use of vFairs sponsor tools.NUL gave maximum exposure and visibility to each of its conference sponsors. Sponsor logos got ample space on the event landing page and were a part of the main event banner at the entrance of the virtual venue. Sponsors also got logo placement in the interior lobby, lounge and each of the exhibit halls and career fair floors. All the halls and floors showcased booths in an aerial view and you could clearly see that their sponsors had the biggest, most prominent booths. The event even had a Conference Sponsors Lounge where attendees could interact with sponsors outside of their booths via audio and video chat. This was a truly dynamic event with an urban league lounge, expo hall, career fair and more! The event included gamification such as “Spin The Wheel” and a virtual leaderboard to win exciting prizes. In the career fair exhibition hall, participants could view and apply for job vacancies with various exhibitors.
