71st Biennial Leadership Conference

The NPHC promotes the well-being of its affiliate fraternities and sororities. It facilitates the establishment and development of local councils of the NPHC and provides leadership training for its constituents. This platform connected members and offered them to explore various member booths or listen to leader presentations in the auditorium. Attendees could add presentations to their schedules, rate them and also watch them on demand. NPHC even wanted to reflect the times of Covid 19, and so had individuals wearing masks in the networking lounge and standing six feet apart in the virtual lobby. We insisted on asking for masks of the avatars to reflect the times of Covid-19. A virtual leaderboard and photo booth provided engagement to attendees. They could view their images in the wall of fame or claim their gift cards based on their points!
