8th Annual Healthy Churches 2030 Conference

This virtual conference brought together public health leaders and faith communities to strategically address health disparities among African Americans. This one-of-a-kind virtual event equipped African American congregations and public health professionals with the tools to confront racial inequities in healthcare and wellness programs. Attendees entered into a vibrant and animated virtual lobby. The hosts made sure to keep their audience engaged with the help of a leaderboard and a scavenger hunt. The event included a conference survey which allowed hosts to get a quick evaluation of their event. This was a great way to get instant feedback. The 4 day event had various informative webinar sessions and trainings running each day. Attendees could create their own schedules for the sessions that interested them.
