 Attendees entered the event from an exterior building with a fly in effect into the virtual lobby. Wonderfully organized, the lobby provided virtual boards from which participants could easily maneuver between booths, checking the day’s agenda or seeing their scores on the leaderboard. The exhibit hall provided two levels for attendees to browse booths. Event gamification included a photobooth and virtual leaderboard. A “Master Class Arena” provided sessions to those interested in industry or technology sessions. In the auditorium were various plenary sessions that were divided amongst categories. Throughout the event the company purple color was tastefully placed around. The event had over 500 attendees participate!
