ITSM 2021: the Digital Conference

The itSMF event was a virtual conference and exhibition experience for service management professionals. There were three tracks of content over two days along with an awards ceremony in the auditorium. Videos for the award finalists could be viewed in the awards room. The event had both live and on-demand webinar sessions. The hosts gave center stage to their main sponsors in the exhibit hall. Attendees could learn more about the exhibitors by visiting booths and book audio/video meetings with booth representatives. In keeping with their color theme, the entire event was tastefully done in black and teal. The networking tab allowed attendees to choose whether they would like to chat with other attendees, award finalists, speakers, etc. The event was gamified with a photo booth, scavenger hunt and leaderboard that kept the audience engaged and excited.
