With a beautifully customized virtual exterior, attendees enter with a fly in effect to an equally beautiful customized virtual lobby. Participants could tailor make their schedules in the auditorium in order to stream in to the sessions they were interested in. Each exhibitor booth had videos showcasing videos of new and existing cars and their features. A separate tab was provided for the Diversity Virtual Leadership Awards where attendees could stream videos. Individual chat invitations could also be sent in order to speak directly with other attendees. A virtual leaderboard, networking lounge and event survey were other ways attendees were kept engaged.
