NEXUS 21 Customer Experience

NEXUS21 was a three-day virtual customer conference that enabled NetNumber’s global customer base to network with one another, connect with the NetNumber team, and learn more about their products and solutions. The event had an attendee matchmaking tool, a photo booth, and even a time zone converter! Event registration increased by 320% in comparison to the last in-person event, with double-digit increases in the numbers of companies and countries represented. The event also delivered high engagement rates with more than 90% of attendees returning for key content days, and 100 percent participating in the Innovation Hall. Overall event and session scores as well as written feedback were high across the board.
