PWDA’s 37th Annual Conference

The Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association (PWDA) serves as the voice of the state’s workforce development system and a clearinghouse for workforce development information statewide. PWDA develops and provides professional training to local workforce development boards, while continuing initiative-taking advocacy efforts on behalf of the workforce development system. They developed a user-friendly registration form for attendees that was integrated with member clicks. Over 2000 people attended the event that included 140 pre-recorded sessions, four awards presentations, wellness breaks and provided streaming services during the live event. They managed gamification in a manner that promoted exhibitors and sponsors. They even had a feedback form from participants and sponsors.
