RAREsummit21 brought together over 350 rare disease experts and advocates from 23 countries around the globe to experience cutting edge panel discussions with key opinion leaders in real time. Providing a unique opportunity to hear new developments in rare disease research, diagnostics and treatments from the UK, US, Europe and Asia. With eye-catching photography by local photographers, Cambridge Rare Disease Network created a backdrop of iconic Cambridge scenes within the event. They utilized the platform capabilities to the maximum by showcasing over 20 charity, research and company exhibits and a vibrant and educational gallery of posters, film and artwork. To recreate the buzz and interactivity of an in person event, they brought a Dragon’s den style pitching session with live innovation pitches, a team of dragons to challenge and dig deeper and live audience polling to pick a winner!
