Fresenius Medical Care North America held its first virtual sales kickoff meeting. They pushed vFairs’ session capabilities by offering 78 sessions across 13 tracks over 6 days to over 600 attendees. Sessions included general sessions with live and pre-recorded content, leisure activities with a celebrity chef, champion golfer, and celebrity trainer, unique and interactive training sessions for each of track and four different award shows. They even added a celebratory note by designing a custom awards page, which featured the 165 award winners with their names, headshots, and achievement bullets. Competition and engagement was encouraged through a leaderboard. Gifts for winners included bottles of champagne with custom labels, branded speakers, water bottles, snack kits, and glassware. 94% of attendees were “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with the event.
