UCD Open day

University College Dublin successfully showcased its campus, departments, faculty and student life to prospective students with this virtual open day. Students navigated the event from a colorful animated virtual lobby. They could browse more than 40 virtual booths to gain more information about various university programs. Each booth had documents and videos that students could add to their virtual backpack. Attendees were also able to attend sessions and participate in Q&A sessions on topics such as departmental programs, the application process, scholarship opportunities and much more. Attendees could not only chat with staff during the event, but also chat with current students. The event offered search filters such as program level and area of study and the option to be matched with student ambassadors.
