Virtual Open Day 2021

An impactful open day with all the right features to showcase RGU to prospective students and their families. Attendees felt like they were teleported to the university campus as they entered into a 3D animated virtual lobby. From the lobby, visitors were able to access the rest of the event. They could view on-demand sessions in the Presentation Auditorium by different schools and student services. Visitors could also browse booths in the Academic Schools and Support Services Hall and download interesting documents and videos to a digital swag bag. The open day also linked out to the university’s website, Instagram and student blog. Another great thing about the event was that it offered accessibility features. RGU wanted to accommodate every audience member in their event. They offered color contrast, text size adjustment, text to speech and more.
